Ortus-iHealth

Ortus-iHealth is a UK-based digital health provider focused on delivering smarter, faster outpatient care through technology. In collaboration with Barts Health NHS Trust, one of the largest healthcare organizations in the UK, Ortus sought to reduce missed appointments and improve long-term patient outcomes using a remote-first care model.

Inlogic partnered with Ortus to design, build, and deliver the complete digital infrastructure for this program—from mobile apps and backend systems to remote monitoring and clinical dashboards.
The Challenge​

Barts NHS Trust needed to manage:

  • 3,500+ outpatient appointments – with high missed appointment (DNA) rates.
  • Delayed post-ablation follow-ups, particularly in cardiac care.
  • Lack of insight into real-time patient-reported symptoms.
  • Limited physical consultation capacity.
  • They needed a solution that was secure, scalable, and truly clinically integrated.
