Job Description
The Learning & Development Manager role sits within the Executive Office team at Inlogic Technologies ltd, reporting to the CEO of the company.
The purpose of the role is to identify, plan, and coordinate Inlogic Technologies internal training requirements directed at improving performance and building high performing teams.
Salary Range
This position is full time (nominally 40 hours per week) and the salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
Key Result Areas
Key Result Areas or KRAs are the main functional tasks of the role on which your performance will be measured or assessed every six months.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop effective learning and development strategies based on organizational goals
- Design, develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels of the organization, including new employee orientation, on-the-job training, and leadership development programs
- Schedule the training program (calendar), execute the training
- Use various instructional design techniques to develop effective training materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led training sessions with the help of SME’s
- Post training Test and assessment
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure maximum impact
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to argument our capability
- Contribute to the development of the training policies
- Analyze training needs and provide recommendations to senior management on how to address any skills gaps
- Use data and metrics to measure the impact of training programs and provide regular reports to senior management

Technical or Professional Knowledge and Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and development, with a track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
