Position Overview

The Business Analyst plays a critical role at Inlogic by ensuring that technology-enabled solutions are designed with both usability and customer business requirements in mind. This role involves defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to create effective solutions. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to plan, develop, and deploy new applications as well as enhance existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities :

Define business requirements, document functional specifications, and create timelines for business analysis deliverables.
Gather and analyse requirements for enhancements to websites and web-based healthcare applications/portals.
Develop and manage test plans and test scripts to ensure solution quality.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME), leveraging deep understanding of business systems and industry needs to assess feasibility of requirements.
Participate in all phases of projects—initiation, design, development, implementation, and post-implementation review.
Understand and work with data models, linking data flows to business processes.
Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating application demonstrations for customers/stakeholders.
Conduct workshops and facilitate requirement definition sessions with business users.

General Requirements:

5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong verbal communication, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Logical and efficient with a high attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
Proven success in team-oriented, collaborative environments.
Fast learner with the ability to apply new concepts to practical scenarios.
Capable of delivering under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Skilled at engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Effective time management to consistently meet deadlines.
