Inside Sales Executive – Freshers
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Digitization) Company: ManageMyHealth Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive at ManageMyHealth, you will identify, qualify, and nurture digitization opportunities with hospitals and healthcare providers. Your primary role is to connect with decision-makers, understand their medical records management challenges, and present ManageMyHealth’s digitization solutions to improve compliance, efficiency, and patient care. Key Responsibilities: · Proactively research and build a database of hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions that can benefit from ManageMyHealth’s digitization services. · Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with key contacts such as hospital administrators, CIOs, and medical records managers. · Explain the benefits of converting physical medical records to secure, searchable digital formats through ManageMyHealth — highlighting faster access, regulatory compliance, and cost savings. · Qualify leads through structured conversations, understanding decision-making timelines, budgets, and pain points. · Schedule virtual demos or coordinate meetings with senior sales or solution experts for detailed presentations. · Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups in ManageMyHealth’s CRM system. · Work closely with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and collaborate with the field sales team to smoothly hand overqualified opportunities. · Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings. Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably IT, or Healthcare). · Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales will be given preference. · Excellent communication skills in English and local languages as applicable. · Ability to engage senior hospital staff confidently over phone, email, and virtual meetings. · Basic understanding of sales processes, and CRM tools is an advantage. · Initiative-taking with good research and follow-up skills.
