Executive – Finance & Accounts

Location: Chennai, India Experience: 5 to 7 Years About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Finance & Accounts to join our growing Finance team at Inlogic Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Chennai. This is a dynamic opportunity for finance professionals who are looking to expand their expertise and gain international exposure across New Zealand, Australia, and India. As part of our global finance operations, you will be responsible for managing core accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities · Accounts Payable & Receivable Management Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness. Manage customer invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments. Ensure compliance with local and international tax and invoicing regulations. · Bank Reconciliation & Financial Controls Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring accurate account balances. · Financial Data Management Enter and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems with high accuracy. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions. · Expense Management & Cost Allocation Track and categorize expenses across departments and regions. Ensure proper cost centre mapping and expense policy adherence. · Financial Reporting Support Assist in preparing financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports. Contribute to internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations. · Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with procurement, HR, and operations teams to align on budgets, expenses, and payment cycles. Liaise with global teams across New Zealand and Australia to support consolidated reporting and transactions. Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline (MBA/CA Inter preferred). · 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations. · Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). · Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory compliances. · Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across geographies. · Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
