Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive at ManageMyHealth, you will identify, qualify, and nurture digitization opportunities with hospitals and healthcare providers. Your primary role is to connect with decision-makers, understand their medical records management challenges, and present ManageMyHealth’s digitization solutions to improve compliance, efficiency, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively research and build a database of hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions that can benefit from ManageMyHealth’s digitization services.
Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with key contacts such as hospital administrators, CIOs, and medical records managers
Explain the benefits of converting physical medical records to secure, searchable digital formats through ManageMyHealth — highlighting faster access, regulatory compliance, and cost savings.
Qualify leads through structured conversations, understanding decision-making timelines, budgets, and pain points
Schedule virtual demos or coordinate meetings with senior sales or solution experts for detailed presentations.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups in Manage My Health’s CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and collaborate with the field sales team to smoothly hand overqualified opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably IT, or Healthcare).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages as applicable.
Ability to engage senior hospital staff confidently over phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Initiative-taking with good research and follow-up skills.
