  • Manage the application process from start to finish

  • Conduct employee onboarding, new hire orientation, organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits
  • Play a key role in implementation of Employee Engagement Programs.
  • Responsible for quarterly Newsletter release
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Handles exits process for the resigned employees
  • Maintaining weekly and monthly activity reports, payroll input



  • Must be MBA HR
  • Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point and working knowledge of Access.
  • Professional oral and written interpersonal communication
