RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the application process from start to finish
- Create and maintain job descriptions

- Offer Negotiation and offer confirmation

- Reference Checks
- Conduct employee onboarding, new hire orientation, organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits
- Play a key role in implementation of Employee Engagement Programs.
- Responsible for quarterly Newsletter release
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Handles exits process for the resigned employees
- Maintaining weekly and monthly activity reports, payroll input
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be MBA HR
- Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources.
- 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point and working knowledge of Access.
- Professional oral and written interpersonal communication
