We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Inlogic. If you are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in driving business development for software services, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a solid understanding of the software services industry, we’d like to hear from you. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling services based on Microsoft technologies, representing a Microsoft Certified Partner.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development for software services
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- In-depth understanding of the software services industry and software development standards
- Proven ability to sell services based on Microsoft technologies
- Self-motivated, capable of working remotely
- Knowledge of software product development and processes is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow business within software services business with healthcare verticals
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in business development
- Proficiency in MS Office functions (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Willingness to travel extensively

- Identifying potential clients and key decision makers within client organizations
- Contributing to and overseeing the development of marketing collateral
- Seeking, interacting with, and coordinating with experts and vendors who are integral to the software solution ecosystem
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners in your territory
- Building and leading a high-performing team
