We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Inlogic. If you are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in driving business development for software services, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a solid understanding of the software services industry, we’d like to hear from you. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling services based on Microsoft technologies, representing a Microsoft Certified Partner.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development for software services
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
  • In-depth understanding of the software services industry and software development standards
  • Proven ability to sell services based on Microsoft technologies
  • Self-motivated, capable of working remotely
  • Knowledge of software product development and processes is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow business within software services business with healthcare verticals
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in business development
  • Proficiency in MS Office functions (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to build and lead a team
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Job Description

  • Generating sales for our software service business unit
  • Meeting agreed revenue targets
  • Conducting cold calls and email campaigns within the designated market or geographic area to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Developing business plans to achieve these goals
  • Identifying and creating market opportunities and generating new business opportunities
  • Identifying potential clients and key decision makers within client organizations
  • Contributing to and overseeing the development of marketing collateral
  • Seeking, interacting with, and coordinating with experts and vendors who are integral to the software solution ecosystem
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners in your territory
  • Building and leading a high-performing team
