Data Analyst


Key Responsibilities


  • Development and maintenance of automated reports for relevant departments
  • Assist in analytical projects and development of tools for automation of reports
  • Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability
  • Carry out independent specific projects and research and present findings
  • Database management for existing services
  • Use data analytics and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software.
  • Design and develop queries to provide visibilities on KPIs and SLAs for respective departmental managers
  • Develop and understand Sharepoint sites and libraries. Assist Sharepoint administrator in any projects or tickets for users.
  • Be totally conversant with internal systems such as CRM, ALM, SharePoint and Telephone systems

Outcome


  • All Company KPIs are visible and able to be tracked using appropriate tools.
  • Project is planned and managed. Able to meet the milestones at the stipulated deadlines.
  • Test programs are comprehensively prepared in a timely fashion
  • Project is completed in a timely manner
  • Data is clean and up to date at all times.
  • Provide system generated report and enable evidence based decision making for management on key business resolutions.
  • Having a performance management index with aspects from MIS for each department
  • Becoming a super user for Sharepoint and assist in developing the topology for the intranet architecture.
  • Internal systems proficiency

Performance Measure


  • 100% of KPIs listed by the Reporting Manager are queried and visible.
  • Feedback from Reporting Manager
  • Querying test protocol achieves at least 97% accuracy
  • All Success Measures assigned by reporting manager are met.
  • Problem/issue analysis report
  • Dashboards to be generated for each department and maintained. KPIs and SLAs to be measured and reviewed.
